Moving Between Web Pages

There are several methods for moving between web pages on the internet.  There is the simple moving to the Address Bar and typing the name of a website and hitting Enter method.  If you do this and decided that you need to go back a web page, you will need to hit a key such as Backspace, or use the Alt left arrow key command.  Another method allows you to open multiple tabs or web pages at the same time, and then use a key command to move between those web pages.  If you are on either Internet Explorer or Firefox, press and hold down the Control key and hit the letter "t" one time to create a new tab (web page).  Move to the Address Bar for that page, and type in the web address you want to go to.  Hit the Enter key one time and you will be taken to that web page.  Now, you have two tabs or web pages open, and are on the one you just went to.  Press and hold down the Control key and hit the Tab key one time and you are taken back to the original page you were on.  You can open many tabs or web pages using this method, and quickly move between them using the Control Tab key command.  If you want to close just the tab or web page you are on, but leave the others open, press and hold down the Control key and hit the letter "w".  That tab or web page will close and you will be on one of the other tabs or web pages you have open.
